I ordered a set of kitchen appliances along with a washer and dryer in July/20. It is now February/21 and I asked that the appliances are delivered early December to our home we are building. The sales rep assured us that the appliances would be available as soon as we needed them. 2 months after we asked for them the fridge and dishwasher are “back ordered” with dates that keep getting pushed further and further back. I have called them multiple times and they don’t return my call, or tell me that they are emailing the manufacturer and then don’t get back to me. They were helpful when they wanted our money, but are not doing anything to help us now when we need our appliances.

I don't post reviews often however, I must state , terrible customer service for this company. Now I understand getting appliances may be difficult currently, however, be upfront and honest with your customers. Be available to respond to an inquiry when yet another delay occurs and don't dodge them. Only when I send a message about a possible upgrade to obtain an item sooner, you respond within 5 minutes. Talk about where your priorities lie. Gladly cancelled my order and will never conduct business with this organization again.

Delivery was estimated at 10am to 2pm - they arrived at 10 am sharp & did a great job moved my old fridge to the basement for me. The original order was also seamless the sales rep (Joanne) was great. I would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance Source.

Delivery was amazing. The guys did a great job and dean was really helpful. He helped get rid of the old fridge even when we were not ready. I guess with each company depending on who you meet that gives a great experience. Love my Samsung family hub fridge.
