Guy came out to look at my needed repair, said boss would get back to me. I have left 5 phone calls to an answering machine requesting someone get back to me over a 2 week period. Absolutely no luck. 3 years ago I asked them to close the tub for winterizing and I had to call them 5 times again to remind them of the pending appointment which they never gave me a firm date to come. Really? figure it out for yourself!

We had a sensor fail on our hot tub just outside the warranty period. My first communication with Al was late on a Thursday afternoon. He gave me directions what to check to confirm we needed service, asked for all the key info from the hot tub and reached out to the manufacturer. We traded emails into the evening and Mike the technician was at our place by 9am Friday morning to fix our problem free of charge. I don't think you could ask for better service than that. Thanks a lot Al & Mike.
Thank you so much AquaServ and team! You have been so great with our weekly maintenance program. We don't know a lot about our hot tub and your tech team has been great with explaining how things work. Your Service Coordinator Bev has also been so wonderful to deal with, she's been able to explain some issues over the phone and we were able to get things working again, without have a service call put in. You guys are awesome!
Showed up at our house and refused to go under the floor to service our hot tub (despite having been at our house before and seeing what the set up was, and despite us doing EXACTLY what he suggested that we do so he could access the tub). Tech was extremely rude to us during the visit as well. Will never use again and do NOT recommend.
Have dealt with Al and Aquaserv in the past but had to bring them back this year for some issues with my tub thanks to a freeze up last year. Nothing but the absolute best in service. From immediate replies to messages, to being there when they say they will, friendly and knowledgeable techs, very fair charges, and all around awesome support, I don't think you could find a better place for hot tub service. Thanks guys...really appreciate all you have done to help us get our tub up and running again.
