Choosing Cyrus and Able Heating and Air was the best decision we have made for replacing our Furnace and air conditioning in our home. Cyrus was prompt and on time arriving to our home to give us a quote. He explained all of our choices and made suggestions as to how we should proceed. He followed up. (We explained we wanted to get other quotes as well.) We were pleased with him arranging duct cleaning services for us to have done before the new installation. The day arrived and the guys worked hard. Were very professional and mannerly. Were very Covid safe. Followed all safety procedures. And were very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Able Air Heating and Air Services. They really know their stuff.

From the first time you call to ask for information, to setting up the installation appointment and then the installation of my humidifier they where very professional and insightful. Frank did an amazing job installing my humidifier and cleaned up the work area before he left. We needed to replace our 23 year old furnace and air conditioner that came with the house when we bought it 9 years ago. They were still working, but the click was ticking. I did a lot of research, talked to other HVAC outfits and went back to my research notes and thought about it some more, then dithered a while longer. Let me save you some time. If you're thinking about it, go with Able. I am picky by nature. This was a very positive experience. I have nothing to criticize. Cyrus was easy to deal with. He explained everything, answered all my questions, didn't try to sell me more than I needed and talked me out of upgrades I was considering. That was pleasantly refreshing. The installers were excellent. They didn't cut any corners and consulted me on a couple of issues. Their work is neat and professional. They cleaned up everything. I can recommend Able without hesitation. If I'm ever in the market for another furnace or air conditioner, I know who I'm calling.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company from sales man Cyrus to the installers Frank and Vahid. Cyrus was so professional and nice to deal with, he made everything easy made a great suggestion that I didn’t even think of that made twice the room in my furnace room as well helping make some discussion with some new vents I was adding. He explained every detail very well and what the process was going to be and he stuck to his word which the most important thing to our family. The installers worked so long and so hard to make sure that the furnace that we were having installed would be up and working before they left. I have never seen installers so dedicated to getting the work done so that we would not be inconvenient in the least. I am not even sure they stopped for lunch. They all took the time to explain everything and help with any questions and made sure they did not leave without everything being 100 percent. I am sure I won’t need them anytime soon but I would 1000 percent recommend this company and these people , you could not go wrong with them.
