The Korean pork-belly rösti special was terrific. You might not think to mix Korean and Swiss, but yes, definitely. Lots of other great sounding dishes as well, but that's for next time. Lovely owners and staff, it's very worth stopping in here.

Absolutely enjoyed our supper here. From the cozy small atmosphere to the super friendly owners. The grilled chicken ceaser wrap was incredibly flavorful. They also support local artists which is amazing. This is a hidden gem in the valley that you MUST stop in and have a meal,snack or even a coffee you will be happy if you do.
When you step into Pascalice's, you know you're in a special place. It's the vibe you get when two artists open a restaurant. Works by local artists, as well as by Pascal and Alice themselves, cover the walls. Pascal is a culinary artist as well, creating what can best be described as international comfort food. Alice's warm and welcoming personality makes you feel like a regular on your first visit. We love them both.
Food was delicious, Alice is one of the most friendly and pleasant people I've ever met, artwork is so beautiful, wonderful Bistro.
Parsnip and blueberry soup was amazing. Whole meal was one of the best I have had since moving to nova Scotia. Great service as well feels like home. I will be back there a lot.

This place will NEVER disappoint! Pascal is an incredible chef and will have you eating things you never thought you would eat. Alice never fails to make you feel as though you aren't just a customer, but a friend. This place values its customers and goes above and beyond. In my opinion, it is the best place we have to eat in the valley. Thank you for everything you guys do. -Megan
Fantastic experience! Tried the butter chicken rosti and it didn't disappoint. The portion was very generous and the plate decorations were marvellous. Cheeky bathroom decor! Would definitely recommend you stop for a bite here.
