We are new to Kelowna and new to pool ownership so we took the advice of the previous owners and went with Sunshine Pools to take care of our pool and hot tub. Bottom line: this company is fantastic. They are professional, reliable and friendly. And most importantly, they take tremendous pride in what they do. I had a Pool 101 tutorial with Rick and he was very patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sunshine Pools.

After shopping all around town, we ended up purchasing our spa here. The quality of their products were superior to several other brands we considered, but their pricing ended up being among the most competitive in the city. The best part, however, was the \after sale service\ which is unbelievable! Not sure how many more stupid questions I am allowed to ask but they seem unchallenged by me so far!

We shopped around for a new hot tub and found both the pricing and delivery timeline from Sunshine pools better than any their competition was offering. The delivery guys were superstars, maneuvering the tub down the side of our house while avoiding taking out any of the landscaping around a tight corner. Jordan the installer/tech was amazing and knowledgeable and has us all set up and ready to go. Really great service!

We found this company extremely overpriced. When we questioned them on it they adjusted the pricing after they oticed\ a billing error. After this occurred we continued with the company for another month and the pricing was still extremely inflated. Also security cameras in our area do show they grossly overstated the length of visit on the invoices. The previous home owners did warn us about this company but we decided to give them a try. There're much better options in the Kelowna area.
