This shop is amazing!! I'm a trucker on the road a lot, I sent my wife here to get a couple tires on my rims, I contacted them early enough in the morning and they had it done the same day. On the way home my wife stopped and gave me a call that I was missing a spacer and they couldn't install the bearings on one of my wheels, this was getting very close to Konquer closing time, she turning around and went back hoping they could help her seeings how I didn't have that spacer, the staff here found a old spacer in the back and installed the bearings right there in the parking lot after hours and told her not to worry about it, all I can say is WOW, that's what I call over and above service, I will be giving this shop my business, THANK-YOU to the staff at Konquer your top notch

Took my bike, 2014 Breakout, in for a quote on new handlebars, brake line, cables, grips and lever's. Tim provided great service and a timely quote. I saved at least 500 vs taking it next door to the HD dealer. My bike was ready to go the day he said it would be, it looks and ride's great. My new go to store in the Okanagan!

Just an excellent shop. Has a great selection of parts & accessories. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Shop got us out of a bind when we list a throttle cable. I recommend them over the Harley shop next door.
