Was hoping this was going to be my go to for parts. Did not have a good dealing with online experience. You guys could do so much better in terms of service. The reviews on here are a clear indication. That you need to supply better service with regards to online orders. You are losing money and not just mine.

Since I live in a smaller interior city, not having a reliable parts supplier for my dirt bikes can be a bit of a hassle. Gnarly Parts doesn’t always have what I need in stock, but they can get it ordered at a pretty reasonable price. Ordering my stuff online from them is great...My only complaint is that if I am in a real hurry for a part, I will probably NOT be riding next weekend. You have to order parts and expect to wait a bit. All around pretty satisfied customer here.

Great service! Great prices! Within 2 business days I received an email that my order had shipped. About a week later my order was at my house. Defiantly going to be my go to for parts.

WINDS OF CHANGE HOME

Horrible service with online orders. No communication and consumer left in the dark. I should not have to call you guys. To find out some of my parts are on backorder. With online ordering increasing due to Covid. You would think they would assign somebody to just this side of things. I spend a ton on parts every year. We are talking thousands of dollars. I just don't get how businesses such as this stay in business? I'm sure as usual you guys will reply with some poor excuse. Oh and by the way.....we ordered a 100 gift card two weeks ago. Still no email sent to us. We will have to call about this as well. Just absolutely brutal. Just a warning folks, horrible service. Take your money elsewhere.
