After contacting them with a minor concern regarding an item in my order, I was promptly offered several options for resolving the issue, and given a free upgrade and sincere apologies for what was really only a minor inconvenience. Best customer service I've ever received. They've earned a customer for life.

Nice products and knowledgeable staff
I have been such a huge fan of Healing Hollow since I first tried them after picking up a couple products at Scallywags in Kelowna. I was sooooo excited when Kelowna got their very own Healing Hollow location. I haven't tried a product yet that I haven't loved. Thanks Healing Hollow for not only the amazing products but the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff!
