First class crew at Fresh Air Concepts. My 600km KVR trip didn't start well when I broke my frame 10km into the ride with 7 friends out on the trail. Went back to my car and made some calls - now, in the time of Covid, not a bike can be had and I thought my trip was done. A fortuitous call to Fresh Air Concepts and immensely helpful Dalton, got me hooked up with Jason Tomm (Former Employee, Demo guy and Coach). Dalton, who saw they had no stock in my size Trek 1120 remembered that Jason had just taken delivery of his very own Trek 1120 (my size ta boot), so Dalton called Jason and asked him if he would be willing to surrender his brand new whip to a stranded Bikepacker from Victoria - without hesitation Jason turned over his bike. In fact, he invited me over to his place to do the swap over of all the parts as he had all the tools. In under and hour and a cool pint later we were done. From the time I broke the frame near Brookmere to the time I was reunited with my crew in Princeton that evening, only 7 hours had passed. Thank you to Dalton and Jason for going well above and beyond and for saving my KVR adventure over the next 5 days. Kudos to you !!!!!!
I went into the store looking for an e bike or mountain e bike. I was recommended a bike for 9500 or 6500. I asked about a demo, they said sure, I can pay a deposit and sign one out for a test. (Makes sense for such an expensive purchase). Then they said they cancelled the demo program for the year and I could try it around the block. I’m not sure how someone can make a 10k purchase without testing it at all!

Fresh Air is absolutely the best bike shop!! Marty spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful and informative!! All the staff are amazing! We finally settled on Specialized Como!! We are having lots of fun! Go see Marty and the wonderful staff at Fresh Air for your new adventures!!!
