When our office re-opened this June, we contacted Canadian Springs, our water provider of around 15-ish years, to have our water cooler units sanitized. We were assured that we had already been pre-booked for our yearly cleaning. The date of cleaning came and went but a Canadian Springs tech did not show up. We ended up booking three more sanitization appointments, all of which were missed as well. After the fourth missed appointment, customer service representatives at the call centre assured us that a fifth sanitization had already been booked. When this appointment also passed without service, we called three days in a row requesting a return call from the local manager. We were told it could take up to 48 hours to hear back but never received a direct response. Sadly, we’ve made the difficult choice to move to another provider. It's unfortunate to end such a long and previously positive agreement but we feel that the level of service is just not there at this time.

Worst customer service. Worst product quality. Do not buy the aqua cafe through this company unless you want a defective product to spray boiling water at you, just to be laughed at by their representatives when you call to find resolve. I wish I could get the hours of headache and all of my money back.
