Good products, lots of 'new age' things like salt lamps and oil diffusers. As seen on TV items sold here. Prices are high, but regular sales take place. Staff are helpful and friendly, store is more than large enough to accommodate social distancing. This is a great place to wander when bored, if you are able to control the urge to impulse buy some of the well marketed items. *Great* place to find unique gifts.

They seem to be changing their stock and did not have more than two of the items I needed six of. A small bathmats I was looking for was not in stock and no idea when it would be. Not very good colour or style choice in towels. Seldom had this problem here before. Maybe they're closing down. Don't like to have to go to Walmart or Superstore but maybe I'll have to.

Service is always great with one exception: when there's a customer issue going on at the till, more than 2 staff members jump on it. It's great for customer support but for those waiting in line and seeing 2-3 staff members working on one customer support issue is a bit much. I suggest to call another staff member to open another till instead of waiting for other staff to notice and open another till. It's happened a few times I've visited BB&B. Otherwise, service is great.
