Very responsive and pleasant customer experience and each employee is always looking out for the best interests of their customers. What does it say about a scrap yard when the vehicle you are bringing the scrap in wants to stay there? This happened not just once but twice. Back in February just after I had unloaded my scrap metal my vehicle wouldn't start. After repeated attempts by one of the staff to get it started (it turned out to be a bad starter) I ended up calling caa to tow the car. Since I couldn't drive the vehicle over the scale I told the lady at the scale to forget about paying me. I remember the tow truck driver saying that this was the first time that he towed a vehicle from the yard instead of to the yard. Yesterday I went to drop off some more scrap and as I went to pull off the scale after unloading the vehicle my car failed to start again. I had driven over 9000 kilometers since my visit in February without a problem. One of the staff was right there again to help get the car started and this time a boost did the trick. While he was boosting the car the lady that had been at the scale the first time I was there in February came down and handed me the money for the metal I had brought in February. I was amazed that she remembered me and went out of her way to give me the money. I tried offering some of this money to the employee for his help in boosting my car but he would take none of it. I ended up buying a used battery from them (I have bought several of them there over the years they are a good deal) and installed it when I got home. The car started right up. I have gone to JLM for several years taking scrap or buying parts and enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable service but I think their actions yesterday deserve the first review I have ever written. I still want to keep my car for a while longer since I get attached to things but when the time comes I can think of no better place for it to go than to the JLM yard. To the staff at JLM yard thank you again!!! You are making the world a better place.

Quick and fast, I call in the morning checking for a part and they called back in about 2 hours with the part pulled and ready for pickup.
