Worst Company ever, never ever go with them. First of all they cheat you. They take an invoice in Canadian Dollar and convert to USD just to charge there ridiculous high conversation rate. Second, even if you wanted to pay in USD to avoid there conversation rate they would not allow that either because there are the worst company ever. Lastly, they dont show any professionalism or gratitude. I hope all businesses can boycott them, these Asians don't know how to do there job in the Canadian Culture WORST COMPANY EVER
Absolutely bad service, and can’t even communicate what they need for shipment release. There is no phone number and there is no communication. When you order from overseas , specify that you do not want to use JET-SEA as the forwarding company. I ship a lot of stuff and this company is by FAR the worst one.
So many hidden fees. They give you wrong and lower estimate and then charge you more. They even over charged me for conversion of USD to CAD. I told them I would bring USD cash if that's the case and they still refused because of course they wanted to rip me off. These people are bunch of dirty nasty rats.
This company will not help you at all. They simply sit there and stare at their screens all day. They will not pick up the phone to do work. I would recommend spending the time up front to understand the chain of companies that will be involved with handling of your shipment, and I would google reviews on them. This company should be a negative 4 star in my books.
