I wish I never shipped with this company. Please save your money and find another way. I had no other option. I emailed them before shipping with them and asked how many days it would take to get from delta to Vaughan and they mentioned an ETA of 12 days and 1-3 days to offload. I dropped my car off May 25th in Delta and my car arrived June 9th and it didn't get offloaded until June 17th. Every time I would call they provided me with no updates on when it would be offloaded and kept blaming CN rail. It took 3 days of me calling to get my car \escalated\ to the manager so they can get more information from CN rail. I had to leave from Toronto to the states on June 15th, and since my car wasn't offloaded, I had to buy a last minute flight and then rent a car until my car was offloaded and the shipped from Vaughan to the US which cost me even more. I was better off driving the car from BC. A representative from the Delta location mentioned that they can keep the car on the lot complimentary for 14 days if I wasn't able to pick it up right away but Greg said he would “help me out” by keeping it there and not charging me... When my cousin went and picked the car up when it was finally offloaded the staff did not even come out and apologize for all the inconvenience. I wish they were more forthcoming in the beginning and told me how long it would realistically take and save me the hassle and money, if I had known it was take 8 days to offload my car, I would have never shipped with them and found another way.

Thank you livingston team for transporting my car from Toronto to Vancouver. Also it came one day before the schedule time. I will definitely recommend livingston transport service and their price is also very cheap as compare to other transport companies.
Customs clearance takes 4-6 hours, every-time you call in you never speak with the person doing the clearance. Every time you are given one excuse, we will escalate priority of your clearance, we are short-staffed so please be patient.
I was at first a bit concerned due to the bad reviews, but I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and seemed very excited to let me know my car arrived on time. They were very thorough in checking the car for damage. They delivered exactly as they said they would, and at 2/3 the price of any other shipping method. A special thanks to the staff at the concord Depot!
Good guy to deal with And honestly you can’t give anyone a 5 star rating when it comes to transportation business because delays are not avoidable
