The staff are amazing and very friendly. They continuously acknowledged me while I waited before, between, and after my appointment. Definitely recommend them. I loved my optometrist she was lively, talkative, and very entertaining.

I purchased glasses from Island Eyecare in April. Unfortunately, they chipped this summer and had to be repaired, they were still under warranty. I was told it was due to the original edging of the glasses and there was a mistake making them. They took three weeks to repair the lenses, and what I received back was horrifying. My prescription is 1.75 and 2.25 and the lenses looked like coke bottles when I originally paid for thin lenses. The glass measured 0.7 cm thick. When I called in to speak with the optician there was no resolution besides being offered to pay an additional 140-240 for thinner lenses after being told that \that is the way they are made\. I asked to speak with the owner who did not call me back for 4 business days and didn't have time to speak to me and put it off to one of the front desk ladies to deal with, who wasn't much help. I am disgusted with the service I received here, people should not go into this industry to make a dollar off of people needing glasses and this is clearly what mattered more to this facility rather than making sure their customers have functional, comfortable glasses that they are happy with. I spent over 450 dollars here. I got a second opinion from another eye-wear store and they then let me know that my replacement lenses did not have a blue light filter and that they would fix my lenses for a discounted rate because they felt so terrible that I had to wear them! If you want terrible service and poor quality glasses, go to Island Eyecare.

Absolutely loved. I didn’t realize my one eye was not being treated for astigmatism with my contacts. That fix alone was worth it. Loved the friendly staff, the professionalism and the fast and effective service. Walked out seeing better than I have in a couple of years and I didn’t even know something was wrong! Already recommended.

I went for my first appointment today. Dr. Narang is hands down the best optometrist I've ever been to. She provided such comprehensive care with absolutely fantastic bedside manner. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for a new optometrist, I strongly suggest you book in with her. Above & beyond that, the sales/administrative staff are wonderful & so helpful! Just a great experience across the board. Who knew you could look forward to getting your eyes checked!

They cracked my lenses from removing them. Cheap glasses with paint wear after only 6 months of normal wear. Poor customer service. Not worth your time
