When I first met Janette I was scared, broken, and in a sever amount of emotional and physical pain. She welcomed me with open arms and held space for me to heal. Over the last two years I have developed a magical relationship with Janette and I consider her to be apart of my family. The amount of growth physically, mentally and spiritually that has happened for me through the process of BodyTalk as well as deep conversation with her has exceeded all of my expectations. I now consider myself to be a strong independent young woman who shares her own gifts with the community and I wouldn't have gained the self worth and confidence without this modality or the facilitator. If I could hit the 5 star button over a million times I would for a recommendation!!!

Since having regular appointments with Jeanette I’ve noticed shifts within myself. I’ve become more self aware and happier overall . Using the tools of BodyTalk she’s been able to uncover things within me that I wasn’t even aware of or I’ve been trying to repress which has allowed me to heal In ways that wouldn’t have been possible alone. The environment is comfortable and cozy and I always look forward to my appointments with her . This is ultimate self care !
