Beautiful tour. There is no guarantee that you come across any whales but the ride itself is really enjoyable and you can get to see seals and giant tortoises. If you are there with any friends, you will love it for sure. Totally worth the money.

Family owned and operated! They were very accommodating to my pregnant wife ensuring that the waters were safe for travel before departure. Although we did not see a whale(they could be anywhere) we were able to see baby eagles, seals and even a shark! Definitely had a great time and recommend!
We really enjoyed the whole tour. We did see a few smaller whales, a few porpoise, seals, gannets and a bald eagle. We had a rare experience of a porpoise following the boat and putting on a bit of a show. Watching the gannets dive for herring was amazing.
Great Experience! We were below the minimum required passengers, but they didn't want to disappoint the kids. I'm pretty sure they operated at a loss that day. I really hope they are rewarded for such a kind gesture to my family. The boat trip was tons of fun. We didn't end up seeing any whales but the kids loved being out on the water. We pulled up a lobster trap, and the kids got to hold a lobster. They also got to "drive" the boat. Its been a month and my son still talks about driving the boat. Please support these good people. Had a great trip out with this company. They made every effort to find whales for us to see and we were rewarded with watching a pod of Pilot whales. We also saw some Blue Fin tuna feeding and a Bald-headed eagle. They also showed us how they fish for lobster. Highly recommend this company.
Went on the tour today on the 45 ft boat. Had an amazing time and amazing experience. We saw 3 bald eagles. Seals and over 10 whales. Great captain and great staff. Super nice and went out of their way to find us whales to see. Highly recommend
No whales were seen, but still a great day out on the water.
Amazing couple of guys. We saw several bald eagles on our way out and within 15 minutes they had spotted 3 humpback whales and we followed them for quite a ways. They dived and then surfaced quite a few times. Got great videos and pictures. The guys were very knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend Ingonish Whale Tours.
