This garage is the most reliable and helpful garage that I have ever been to or heard of. First of all, they really know what they are talking about and know a ton of different kinds of cars and the common problems with these cars. They are very honest about what is wrong with your car and put in the extra time to find problems. They do their best to bring down the cost of repairs by getting used parts and are upfront about what needs to be done for each repair. They give you options for each repair and will ask you if you want the repair before they go ahead and do it. They are friendly and always willing to answer questions. Their work is high quality but they also work quite quickly so that they can get you back your vehicle asap. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this business. I could never expect to find better service at any other place than the service that they give me here. I am so blessed that this garage is convenient and outstanding. You will not find many places where the staff really care about you but at the Red Star they care about you a lot and try to do their absolute best for you and your vehicle.

Quailty work, Straight forward no hustling and very fair. They only fix things that need to be fixed and wont rip you off. Currently upgrading parts on my car for me that I have purchased and do an amazing job.
Excellent customer service. I dropped my car off in the morning and they had called me back in the afternoon explaining exactly what was wrong with it. They provided several options on how to fix the issues and told me the pros and cons to each solution. No pressure sales, just honesty and what would work and what wouldn't work. Very much appreciated. Job well done.
