I stopped here for a Slurpee the other day, paid, walked outta the store and immediately dropped it in the parking lot. The lady behind the counter was so nice and let me get another one to replace the downed soldier.

Fuel is a bit more expensive than at the some of the fuel stations in Courtenay or Black Creek. The food is GREAT and very reasonably priced. Here you can also mail your letters etc, and pick up some convenience items along with some beer and wine if you're so inclined. Great little store to have next door.
Unfortunately I came to this place to buy gas, only to be told they haven't had gas for a long time.
Wish I could rate the diner and store separately... Diner is FIVE stars for great service, selection of food and reasonable prices. The store might as well be a 0 Never have beer in stock as well as you would think there was an apocalypse in the midst because the isles of snacks and chocolate bars are near empty. You would think with a central location for commuters and locals it would be stocked full of selection ....sadly that’s not true.
It's a great place, I used too shop there when I lived in the area but now just stop for gas. What I didn't like was you have too pay to fill up your tires with air.
Awesome diner with super friendly staff! The food was so good. Went three days in a row!
No gas and empty shelves! The diner is good though!
Business has obvious problems paying for stock. Everything is out of stock. Inconvenience store, wasting your time.
