Echo Woods is easily one of the best B&B's I've ever stayed at. It's located in a quiet, leafy part of Huntsville near the forest and decorated in a tasteful, cosy way that made our stay very pleasant. The owners are very friendly and cheerful, and paid attention to every little detail a guest may need. The breakfast is epic, Darlene is a very good cook (check the library for 500 cookbooks, she mastered cooking) If you're in the area, try and stay at Echo Woods at least one night. I definitely recommend this place. You may even get lucky and see the occasionally visiting deer.

The owners were so lovely, attentive and welcoming. We felt at home and were looked after so well. The place is gorgeous, pristinely clean and very homey - we cannot wait to go back someday. It is very close to several hikes, lakes and other outdoors activities. Huntsville itself is a lovely town and a cute little downtown area. Would not hesitate to recommend this BnB - breakfast was OUTstanding!

If you’re looking at the reviews before making a decision about booking this place (just like I did), be prepared to get pleasantly surprised when you arrive. This B&B was everything we had imagined but only much better. The property is located minutes away from the beautiful Hunstville downtown, the scenic lions lookout, the “beach”, some really cute trails and is in the woods surrounded by lovely wildlife ( we saw lots of ducks and deer) Bob welcomed us with the warmest of smiles and gave us a tour of the common areas and our room. Kudos to bob and Darlene for creating such a wonderful place with such tasteful and elegant decor. We knew immediately that we were in for a peaceful, serene and luxurious stay. My husband and I had planned to visit the Algonquin which was a 40 min ride via the scenic route and Bob and Darlene gave us some excellent tips to ensure we got the best experience. Now the breakfast -( this deserves a review of it’s own). Be prepared because this is going to be the absolute highlight of your stay at Echo Woods. Darlene is a very talented and trained gourmet chef and your breakfast will be a multi course gourmet meal. Trust me guys - I am taking Michelin star level gourmet meals for breakfast. It was truly a luxurious breakfast fit for royalty. From the elegant and tasteful decor of the house and room, to the 5 star breakfast meals - this B&B is going to pleasantly surprise you and ensure that you have a luxurious getaway trip. Bob and Darlene, if you’re reading this - a huge thank you for the lovely experience and all your warmth and we hope to book again with echo woods soon :-) ️
Recently renovated house, tastefully done, it feels luxurious yet cozy. The owners are welcoming and friendly, you can tell it's a passion project. Breakfasts are delicious, 2 or 3 course affairs, makes you feel full to the brim, but they give you energy for the whole day. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely go back!
What a fantastic B&B! Darlene and Bob were excellent hosts. Their B&B is very tastefully decorated with attention to the small details. And, the breakfast! Simply AMAZING!
