Very friendly and professional people. I'm dealing with Humberview Trucks for years and never had any issues. Parts are always available and mechanics are very good. Cory and Sebastian know commercial Isuzu trucks and will give you the right advice.

Approximately, three years ago I purchase a new 2018 NRR Isuzu truck with lift. Since then I purchase a 211 Audi R8, and then second new 2019 Isuzu truck with lift, it cost me a little over 350,000 for all three. The purchase of these vehicles was not the problem, it was the company. Through my review, I discovered that since my very first service I received appalling treatment. The service was not standards of customer service further to treat appalling demeanour because I would not do a service which was recommended and wasn't a safety issue. The recommended service cost 2,800, which was not covered by warranty and for that they void my warranty. This company service department is not reputable, professional and not to customer service standards. This also maybe a reflection of why they are not recommend by car enthusiasts and customers in general. Jorge Melo Wassaga Disposal Inc.

Great People to deal with. Service, Parts and Sales Guys are very knowdlegble, professional and friendly. We've bought over 400 Trucks from them and always choose them for our service and parts needs. Shout out to Corey, Sebastiaan, Peter and Preston. I Definitely recommend them!
Very frustrating experience with a few members of their Parts department. Had an unreasonable exception of time for a shipment to be received to their shop, completely ignoring the shipping terms that they agreed to when they ordered the part! (made all the more ironic by their in other Review replies that things may be delayed due to Covid, and asking patience). Parts person complained multiple times, and didn't even acknowledge their fault in failing to read the shipping terms. Asked manager to step in to resolve dispute with the part to be delivered to their department, and he backed up his staff member instead of even attempting to find a solution. Terrible experience, and this client has been blocked from making future purchases. Good riddance! EDIT - When *your* employee orders a part to be delivered to *your* business, then they are being a public representative of *your* company. In the same way as someone is held accountable when they make a spectacle of themselves while wearing work attire, your business is being held accountable for an employee interacting in a negative way with a member of the public. Nothing I said was inaccurate, therefore this review will stand.
