John was super helpful -- over and above the call of duty. Story time: I stripped my wheel lug bolt key (some other shop overtorqued the bolts last time), and he offered to check if Voisin had the needed key. They did, so he offered to loosen the bolts off so I could replace them. In trying to loosen off the bolts, the dealership key broke too . John offered regrets the key didn't work, and no charge for the several minutes to try or the cost of the broken socket. Thanks for the great experience!

They told me what I would like instead of making my dreams come true and making the sale of finding a way to make my dream, a white Dodge Ram a reality. I lost my dream truck and settled for a van. If they gave me a few more years to pay it would of lowered my monthly bill to satisfy the banks. But giving me my dream truck was not their priority, giving me what they wanted to sell me was. I should of looked elsewhere for my truck. They knew I wanted the white truck with the sunroof and never made it happen and I am a Veteran too with that dream, did not matter. That will never allow my fingers to give them a 5 star. It is their job to find a way to give the customer what they came for even if I had to wait a while for an older model, as long as the person can afford it, and to extend my payments 1 more year would of sealed the deal and they would of made my lifetime. So now I have to pay the van off, trade it in for my dream truck elsewhere in the future and finally find happiness. But the van is nice, (I settled bigtime). Do not ever let anyone tell you what u want. Go elsewhere if a auto sales place doesn't give you what you want. NEVER SETTLE LIKE I DID. IT's not worth it!!!!! They made me believe I made a good decision and I believed them cause I needed something right away but it was never what I really wanted and they knew it. I even got to drive my dream truck, then they sold it to someone else more deserving I guess. Shows how we Veterans are valued. You would think they would be in the dream business u know. Nope....they were friendly though, I guess so 50 grand later.
Parts and service at this location are great! The mechanics do a good job and the dealership prices are very competitive. I would give it 5 stars but I had one of the sales team turn me off from buying a truck from the location a while back. It’s hard to say if he still works there or not though.
