Very helpful and friendly staff. Drove up from the city only to realize i forgot my wallet. Jane not only allowed me to start a tab on the chemicals I desperately needed, she also lent me 20 for my drive back. It's business and people like Jane that make Bracebridge such a great place.

First they said they would send part soon. After two weeks of it not being shipped I canceled the order and asked for refund. They said 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later still no refund. I think I’ve been ripped off. Got my refund a few days later. Took a while but I did get my money back
