Just had a new Tundra installed at our cabin in Big white. Very professional service - had a crane to install. The new app technology makes it very easy to run and maintain while away or at home. The salt water spa is incredible. Installed this morning and it’s already good to go for a relaxing hot tub - just waiting for a few more degrees of heat. Thank you for your excellent service and maintenance explanations and for always being available by phone for help.

Had a malfunction with my 10 year old hot tub, because we live 2.5 hrs away the service tech walked me through an extensive diagnostic procedure to identify the actual problem. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough; we resolved the issue and the tub continues to function very well. This kind of service is invaluable when you live in a rural area and operate a bed and breakfast.
