The volunteers and professionals at Campbell House in Collingwood were just unbelievably compassionate, caring, and comforting during my younger sister's last days at your beautiful and modern facility. The Martin family can't thank you enough for not only my sister's care but also the incredible way that you welcomed and accommodated our family while we visited.

This is a beautiful facility. However, they were not adequately trained in recognizing the true evils of family strife amongst the family members of the dying patient. My mother became a merciless pawn among 3 of 4 adult children whom only fought to have their own agenda realized..to make up for lost useless years, thereby successfully isolating the patient from more than half of her family in her final days. Shameful. More training on legalities and perhaps learning to ask the hospice patient the correct questions in their dying days, would have served her better and showed my mother more compassion. Absolutely shameful.
Beautiful facility. The staff and volunteers were all wonderful.
The staff and volunteers at this state of this state of the art facility were incredibly compassionate and attentive as they assisted with my mother giving her grace and dignity until the end.
