Awesome experience! Rented aerators on multiple occasions this season and was very happy! The price was great and the machines were in brand new shape! I had an issue with one of them while working on a Sunday and their emergency support sent someone right away to meet me where I was working and fixed it no problem! When I came to pick up the equipment they had guys load it into my trailer for me and unload it when I dropped them off. I will definitely be using them for all my rental needs.
Great service
Horrible, and clueless about customer management. A mere mom and pop shop hat can't handle large clients. They used to be on their game but that's changed recently. Even management sucks, as I need them to meet me half way as a supplier and wouldn't budge like they are bigger than God.
