I have been working with Alex Chow for my back injury and chronic back pain. Alex has been amazing in helping me get back to my normal activity level while remaining pain free. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and upon my first visit with him he immediately recommended the best treatment plan involving strengthening exercises, acupuncture and massage. On top of that, Alex is very friendly and personable. As well, the clinic is beautiful with friendly staff and very clean treatment rooms. Great experience overall! Thanks Alex!!

Great, full service clinic! I used their rehab facilities for physiotherapy. I am very happy that I sought out treatment there. I was treated by Alex Chow- he’s very knowledgeable and professional. He has a very holistic approach— he doesn’t just focus on the injury, but on all factors that contribute to the injury. For example, stress, sleep etc. He takes time to explain the anatomy of your injury if you’d like. I have been to many physiotherapists in my life and Alex managed to help improve my neck muscle pain within the first session. Highly recommend!

Had a whole system failure and deleted my appointment. No one was notified and I’m constantly having issues with insurance with them. The only good thing is their dental team is amazing along with their wellness services, medical..not so much.

I've consistently worked with Alex Chow for my latest hamstring injury, and it has been a long journey back. However, Alex has been great in accelerating recovery and is extremely knowledgeable about piecing together, not just the balance of therapies and rehabilitative exercise, but addressing underlying and related issues that contributed to the injury. He has been a great partner through the highs and lows of rehab, and also is an IMS wizard.

After 10 years in Toronto without a family doctor, I came across Health One this year. Dr. Stephanie is thorough, professional and answers any questions! This entire establishment is quick and convenient, offering everything one needs under one roof. My dermatology appointment didn’t take months to book - in fact, only one day due to a cancellation. Dr. Juthika Thakur was amazing - so nice and knowledgeable. She was able to do a procedure right then and there on the spot for me, instead of making me come back a second time. The staff ensured I was in no pain and I was in and out in what seemed like under an hour. The offices are clean and comfortable and even the front desk staff is always friendly and pleasant. I am so happy I found this convenient and efficient medical centre so close to home - thank you all!
