I’m not really sure what happened but my friends and I went in for hydra facials. We were told to come at the same time but when we got there we all had to go one at a time. We were told it takes about half an hour but we were all out within 15 minutes. So 3 facials in 45 minutes approximately. The technicians and office staff were lovely, but honestly at 160 for a 15 minute service I can’t recommend this place to anyone. We try to support local, but believe me when I say you can 100% find a better clinic than this one.

Outstanding service and affordable rates. It's good to see a clinic also use social media to promote their deals which us clients can take advantage of. Extremely nice and friendly staff who have amazing knowledge on the service they provide. Recommend Aura to everyone!
I had a hydrafacial for the first time back in November and I must say that the results were alright. I wish it was more cost-friendly but I understand that this industry is a hard market. That being said, the only thing I didn't like was that I got a skin assessment but the girl never really explained the results. This could have been nice considering that I drove all the way from Vaughn and spent 120 on the facial. I am interested in knowing how my skin assessment is and what I can do on an everyday basis to improve my skincare routine. This is something you could implement for your clientele, just a tip. Apart from that the girl who took me in was very polite and explained every step along the way!
After my first initial visit, this will be my go to! The place looks phenomenal, the price point on service is amazing and what's more important, the knowledge each staff has on the service. They are also really friendly. Highly recommend Aura for your skin care needs!
I first walked into Aura Laser and Skin Care Spa in June earlier this year. What caught my eye from the outside was how chic it looked. I was greeted by staff who were not only friendly but knowledgeable. It has been months later and I am still extremely pleased with their services. The spa is always well kept and the staff that work there, are always so patient, especially Hilda. I do laser hair removal and have seen such amazing results! I first had laser hair removal done over ten years ago and the experience was horrible. I had burns and found laser hair removal to be painful. Fortunately, Aura, uses the latest technology especially lasers that are safe for people with ethnic skin tones. No burns at all! I also have had three chemical peels done on my face for post acne marks, and this has been a game changer, and now a new staple to my beauty regimen. I’ve had so many people complement me on how flawless my complexion looks recently and it’s been a boost to my confidence. I have recommended Aura to many of my coworkers and friends. If you are struggling with skin concerns then I would advise you go in and speak to someone because these ladies know their stuff.
The staff at this clinic are very kind and approachable, they make you feel comfortable. I got the hydrofacial done last month and was happy with the results, and will definitely be going back for laser hair removal treatment's. After having a bad experience years ago elsewhere, I hesitated in doing laser hair removal again but this place seems very professional and trustworthy. Also, they're very quick in responding back to you, which is great. I never leave reviews but this place left me with a good impression!
The employees, service and quality is amazing. I had a full face laser and it did not hurt! After my first session, I was amazed by how long it took for the hair to grow back, not to mention I had to only remove it the day before my next appointment. The workers are so welcoming and started up a conversation before my second session and when I had told her about the growth of my hair, she told me why that particular area tends to grow back faster compared the rest of my face. I had only went to 2 sessions so far for my whole face and I can’t be any happier.
