We started spring 2020 levelling sections of our front yard as well as a family members front yard. Once levelled we took on the mighty battle of over-seeding to deter the uprise of dandelions and clover. When we called Fairgreen Sod's North location the office staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The delivery service was quick and respected the two properties leaving no mess behind. Thank you for that. The issue I'm reporting is both yards now have crabgrass in multiple areas of the two yards that we worked on. Both these properties have never had crabgrass and it has been the constant battle of dandelions over the years. We purchased all the seed and soil from Fairgreen Sod Farm North. There is no doubt in my mind that for both these yards to now have the amount of crabgrass we have, is due to the poor quality of product we received. The crabgrass is only in the area we seeded and topsoiled. I am greatly disappointed.
