Our water heater didn’t make enough hot water. Daniel checked it and discovered that it was due to the broken dip tube. He explained that when cold water enters the water heater, it does so through a dip tube. It forces the water to the bottom of the tank to get heated. If it is broken, the water will remain in the top of the tank, and the problem is that cold water will mix with anything that has been heated. Daniel drained the tank and replaced the dip tube. Thank you for a detailed explanation of the issue. My respect and highest recommendations.

Technicians from the havc service fixed my furnace a couple of weeks ago. Of course my unit wont operate as well as it used to, but the guys did what they could because my equipment is quite old. Prices are the same as everywhere else, but i think such a service is worth the money.

Patrick is a man. Thank you for your honesty during furnace maintenance. Patrick checked all components, replaced the filter, made sure the blower motor is functioning correctly, cleaned vents and ductwork. Patrick worked very hard to make sure our furnace is in good operating condition.

Waited 4 hours but they didnt show up. Called them after 4 hours of waiting, the guy said they had put down the wrong phone number but confirmed they had the correct address. Why did nobody bother to knock on the door and check if we were home? The guy on the phone sounded rude and wasnt even apologetic. I will never do business with this company.

There was an issue with our electric tankless water heater. Anthony from The HVAC Service fixed it really quickly. He explained that it stopped providing hot water because of the worn-out heating element. Anthony replaced the element and our water heater works just fine. Great job.

Thank you for the maintenance of our boiler. Technician Lucas conducted really comprehensive inspection of our heating system. He ensured that all boiler connections and wiring is intact, examined and cleaned flame sensors, ignitor, and burner assembly, cleaned the heat exchanger, and made sure water pH levels are within the proper range. I will recommend The HVAC Service to everyone.
