It really shows the company's integrity of door-to-door sales (banned in Ontario), during a pandemic. Horrible company, buyer beware. I also have a ring security system and sticker set-up, should he have known anything any security systems, he wouldn't have approached.

We recently reached out to a number of alarm service providers in order to get an updated system at my husband's automotive repair shop. The equipment offered is high tech and provides all of the controls we wanted for the shop environment. The monitoring services they provide are based in North America, not from Asian sources like India like the monitoring provided by most other competitors. Everything we needed to upgrade the system was available and more. And the pricing for equipment and monitoring was very affordable and very competitive. Good customer service when signed up for the security system. But when I researched the company and didn't feel comfortable following through I cancelled my contract. Now, even though I cancelled within 48hr of signing up and never received any service or product from this company they still charged me the installation fee. I have tried e-mailing about a refund but no one has responded back in regards to my refund. The person I was dealing with when I signed up assured me that this company would get back to me when I contacted them and not give me the run around. I guess that only applies to paying customers since no one has contacted me nor have I received a refund 6 weeks after requesting my money back.
Working for Hamilton Tech Drive has truly changed my life for the better. I have only been with then for a month now and am 100% confident this is my life time career ! Never again will I be stress from my job to clock in on time or count down til my 10 minute break. Freedom never felt so good. You truly never work a day in your life when you love your career.
