We started searching for pools in September of 2019 before we moved into our new place. In October, after reading hundreds of reviews online and visiting a couple different stores we settled on Pioneer Pools Hamilton. We read reviews about Chris and his knowledge of pools and he sure didn't disappoint. He knows his stuff, we settled on a pool and he made it out to check out our yard to ensure we could install it where we wanted. (had a massive slope in out yard) Pioneer was very accommodating to our needs with respects to install date and us changing our minds 3 times before the actually broke ground. I would 100% return as a customer and if I move and need a pool installed again i would 100% use pioneer again. No questions asked. The crew installing were great, they installed this pool in the hottest part of the summer and never complained once. Super quick as well. I would say roughly 4 days of work spread out over a week and a bit. If your in the market for a pool no need to look further, like seriously you found your company.
Exceptional Service with a Great Team This is a little overdue of a review as our pool was dug the beginning of July... But we've been swimming and enjoying it ever since. The team at Pioneer pools is beyond exceptional starting with Chris from sales to Johnny's crew they are all unbelievable. Their timing was impeccable from digging to walls being built to concrete. It doesn't get any better than Pioneer family pools. Don't hesitate to give them a call for all your pool needs if you're looking for professional,knowledgeable, friendly and exceptional service. Our pool journey began April 2020 with our initial meeting with Chris. A pool can be a daunting task for home owners but Chris was excellent at breaking everything down and explaining things. As this was our first time purchasing a pool, we were unsure of what to expect. Chris did an excellent job of running through all the stages of the build. Mike was our builder and he was really awesome to deal with.When the day finally came the excavation team was excellent and super quick. It only took roughly 6 hours to dig the entire pool! Mike's crew was excellent and very fast and professional. The entire pool build took 3 weeks and 2 days. Pretty quick overall. We are very happy with our new pool and with all the guys at Pioneer for making the experience pleasant during stressful times! Thanks to Chris, Mike, Shawn and all the crew!! The Connolly family
The last patio set we purchased has lasted over 20 years so we thought we would give them a try again. Very nice patio sets on display, purchased and received a few days later. Unfortunately one of the legs was bent on the sofa, no hassles or or issues, with in a few days they delivered a replacement sofa. Enjoying every minute of it! Thanks Ashley for all your help. Would defiantly recommend Pioneer Pools
