Here I am, buying my first car. I arrived at the dealership with an intent on buying a car, but armed with little knowledge on cars and what to do and not do when buying one I was lost. I looked around in awe at the new RVR model cars, and their fancy plug-in cars. Knowing very well that my first car should be a used car I went inside for help. There I was greeted with warm greetings and a smile from their service desk. Matthew gave me a quick rundown of the dealership and some do's and don'ts for buying a car. Matthew was great help in getting me started on this adventure. Matthew introduced me to the owner Marcello. A nice man and for the brief conversation we had, made me feel welcome anytime. Marcello pointed me towards Tyler to find the car that fits me best. Tyler and I try a few cars and I finally find the one that feels and fits the best. A 2007 Subaru Outback XT, the car was great and Tyler had given me all the information about the past driver and car history. I had genuine feels that Tyler was looking for my best interest, and that is the signs of a good salesman. With the Subaru been recently traded in Tyler talked to Doug. Doug was the man to see about car pricing! He helped me with financing the car and got me a great deal that didn't put a strain on my wallet. I got the deal signed and the car cleaned, road safe, platted and I am still driving this car with no issues. I am very happy to have bought my first car here. I was very surprised by how the dealership was so welcoming without trying to force me into a car deal. It is a great feeling to know that there are people who put people before money. I am happy to be a customer at this Mitsubishi dealership. Thank you to everyone that made my adventure a pleasant one.
