Awesome! Best video rental place. They have everything, Documentaries, TV series, Classic Movies, New Releases, Children's Movies. If something was wrong with the rental they will give a coupon for a replacement rental. They have a great movie snack selection.

The little video store that could. I fear for how much longer it stays open, but that's how life is. One of the last places where you can actually find a hidden gem.

Sorry that the doors are closing on this fine business. Good to know that the Halifax Regional Library had first pick from their inventory

this place is awsome... I haven't rented in 3 years or maybe longer, but decided to wonder in and see what they have going on. I must say, i picked up a few dvd's that I would not have ever seen in the downloading world. Not to mention they staff is on top of they're game and are always there to help. To add they have drop off boxes all over the city which makes it easier considering we live a fair distance away.

Hands down, the best place to rent movies on the peninsula in Halifax. Knowledgeable staff, a wonderful selection, good customer service ... a gem.

So, these guys sold me a bootleg Game of Thrones season 5 boxed set on eBay. His eBay listing said "early release". I would be very careful of anything I bought from them, in store or online. Check the pictures I left here or on yelp. It is just a DVD with content from somebody's DVR. Their "Customer Service Manager" Dave assures me that can't be the case even after I sent him a picture of the gibberish on the back of the package, the bogus menu, etc .He claims he got it from legitimate suppliers at Entertainment One. He's even too cheap to spring for a return label to send it back. He wants me to send it from the US at my expense then he will reimburse me. I called the store after he called me a name of online. Dave himself answered, I played along when he said it wasn't him selling on eBay, even though the address they wanted me to return the bootlegs to was the store address!
