Trudy makes buying a used car as enjoyable and stress-free as picking out a flower arrangement the day after your anniversary. If you're an avid researcher you might have more knowledge on horsepower to weight ratios, however her behind has meticulously tested every massage seat from every brand. I never got a sense of any "sales" tactic and felt like she was on my team vs the dealership the entire time. She didn't raise eyebrows when I spent the morning shuffling around child seats and will pause mowing her lawn to take your call. As for the rest of the team of the dealership you might want to be more diligent. One of the newly ordered tires was warped so they put 3 new ones and 1 old, it's not a good idea for performance cars to run significantly different treads and should have put back the 4 older tires until a replacement came. Another sales person pitched me on "electronic rust inhibitors", which is snake oil (unless you plan on submerging your car in the ocean). No biggie.
Bought a cayenne 2 years ago from British Gentleman Tony, very happy in the beginning until I found continuous rattles coming from bottom of the car. Reported the issues to this dealer, I got no solutions except “This car has passed our restrict 111 point check, we can do nothing”. Changed the exhaust pipes at Porsche of Langley(BC) after moving, the rattles still there. Checked the car at several mechanics, they found the problems from the suspension. Brought the report to several Porsche dealer, the interesting thing is, they always found nothing wrong:) Made complaint to Porsche Canada and no response. NEVER buy any porsche again. Can no longer endure it any more, sold it today. Thank you so much for your great 111 point checked nice vehicle.

Just beautiful
Had my car in for major service told 4-5 hours they had it from 9 am to 4:30 pm and when leaving the lot there was a grinding noise which got increasingly worse and the vibration became so bad I couldn't drive over 80kms on the highway home with an unbearable noise. The bill for this was over 1800.00
I find when going in its very clicky and they do screen you right off the bat, but once that's over, they are nice and helpful. The service side is great.
An exceptionally accommodating, professional and genuinely friendly dealership. The service department headed by Trish Gilbert was a pleasure to deal with and very, very helpful. Damian McManus is incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and a superb representative for Porsche. This dealership is top-notch.
