Took a ladies handbag in for repair. The attachment for the strap had broken. He did a wonderful repair, replaced both side with leather strips, riveted on and it looks amazing. She was sooo thrilled. Great work, friendly professional service. And the repair comes with a lifetime guarantee. Perfect. Highly recommended.

We were looking to have our grand daughter's winter boot zipper fixed before school started back. They were quick efficient and reasonably priced. She had her boot back and ready for back to school.
This is by far the best place to fix your shoes. I had a broken heel on my favorite boot. Jim was there and fixed it for me and it was like new again, within a very short time and a very reasonable price. Jim was friendly and nice and his work was absolutely amazing.
They completely rebuilt a pair of boots for me that I love. They did a great job and at a reasonable price. It was a very quick turnaround, and the representative was very friendly and explained everything. It is hard to find cobblers and repair people these days. Moneysworth & Best is also becoming a rare breed, with many of their locations closing up. I recommend going here if you're looking to breathe some life into an old pair of shoes/boots or even a leather bag (they did that for me too!).
I brought my wedding shoes to Jim with little hope much could be done to save them. A naughty dog had all but eaten the bottom of heel of the left shoe, stripping away the suede heel wrap and damaging the heel itself. Jim was able to not only re-cover the suede and create a seamless transition between the original suede and the repair, but he did it in 3 days and for half of what I expected to pay. Jim was friendly, efficient, and his work is nothing short of impressive.
Excellent work and customer service but was charged the full cost to change the tips on a pair of high heel shoes (28) when I brought my own tips.
I have dressy plans this weekend and my heels were reduced to metal pegs! Jim was so accommodating, quick and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them - I know I'll be back :) Thanks Jim!
