Great experience on renting the Bissell Carpet Cleaner. Polite staff, quick service. The rental cleaning machine was a new one and it worked excellent. My carpet looks as good as new.

We brought our dog here for a spa day. I got a call from the grooming associate just 30 minutes after we left because one of my dog's nails was cut to short and he had to be taken to the vet to stop the bleeding. The grooming associate downplayed the seriousness and acted as though it was no big deal. She apologized, but I don't think that was enough. In the end, our puppy spa day turned out to be a disaster and all we got was an incomplete nail trim and a free vet visit... Update** Our pup had a visit with our vet today to have his bandage removed and the wound inspected. Because his initial vet visit (two days ago) was handled by PetSmart, this was the first opportunity for our vet to have a look at the site. Our vet indicated that it was two nails that were affected not one, and the nails have pretty much been amputated by the grooming associate. The nails have been cut almost completely off and will take weeks to heal!!! The vet suggested that there is no way the nail trim was completed by a trained groomer. PetSmart has some explaining to do.
