Our family lost our baby boy one month shy of his 5th birthday (a beautiful and perfect Pug). It was sudden and very traumatic. Long story short, there were tragic episodes after tragic episodes involved in our journey. Started with our vet to the emergency hospital to Gateway. Yes Gateway made an error which thanks to Carrie was rectified quickly. I can’t say enough about Carrie’s compassion and truly calming demeanour. My family and I were experiencing immense grief and Carrie was the only bright spot in this nightmare. Carrie is an amazing representative for Gateway. A true Angel. Thank you Carrie for your kindness.

My son (yes my dog was my son) Robbie Buffett, died suddenly in his sleep while taking a nap on September 22, 2020 a day that I will forever regard as an evil day.. It was 15 days after his 12th birthday. and he had never been ill one day in his life. I thought he had another 4 years of healthy living based on what we knew about the life expectancy of Lakeland Terriers and the shape he was in. He was our fourth Lakeland terrier. My wife and his little sister Lily Astrid (also a Lakeland Terrier) are very much in shock although we must acknowledge that he is a lucky guy: he avoided all the diseases of old age and did not have to be murdered by a vet. I hope that this is how I will die. All of of a sudden before getting too old. Gateway Pet Memorial were very supportive of us. This was reassuring at a moment of extreme pain. I wish they would take ME to be cremated when my time comes.
I would like to thank Stacey and Gateway for a lovely service on had Nov 3rd, 2020. My boy Orville looked exactly the way I remembered him. He looked sound asleep. I felt at peace. Thank you for providing a service like this.
Today I received my baby girl, Jellybean’s, paw prints back. The wonderful people at Gateway were so polite and caring. They were very professional and overall made me feel very welcomed. Losing a pet is always so hard, Gateway had a little bed for me to leave jellybean on, they were very caring with her body and the passing of my sweet girl. I highly recommend Gateway Pet Memorial. They have great prices and excellent customer service. I am beyond happy with the results!
