A huge thank you to all the carrying staff at this facility. I brought my beloved Bruno of almost 15 years in to visit a week before he crossed. The staff were very helpful and showed me the procedure and explained everything. They don't often meet the pet while alive, so were glad to see him. They are caring, compassionate and understanding. They treat their job with pride and value the clients. Tomorrow I will be visiting again with Bruno's brother Kish. Knowing he will be going to gateway is comforting. Gateway gives you closure to the very end. Thank you for being that special place that makes it special for us. !!

The most caring people. I work in the vet industry and have spoken to them a few times and they are so wonderful. I've also had to unfortunately cremate my pets and they do an amazing job with paw prints and urns. I chose an urn that needed to be hand painted so it would look like my cat. I sent pictures and they made it perfect. Even the little ring on his tail was there. They understand the importance of pets to a family.

The employees here made an extremely difficult and emotional day a bit easier by being so caring and so accommodating. Nothing was rushed and they made sure we were comfortable leaving our precious girl in good hands. There's nothing pleasant about cremation. And when I arrived here, I wasn't ready to leave her. But after meeting the staff and seeing how professional and kind they were, I trusted that she was in good hands. The cremains were returned the same day and the presentation was very thoughtful. I will be forever grateful to the employees who took such good care of my girl.
This a horrible review to have to write but Gateway made a sad time better by the way they honoured our dog. The presentation of the cremains and the consideration for our needs is unsurpassed. I hope we don't need their services any time soon but when we eventually do, we wouldn't dream of having anywhere else handle our beloved pets remains. Thank you.
