They put the wrong sticker on a game, then didn't honour the price when I got up to the register. When I told them they should, since it was their mistake, the manager disagreed. Maybe, she suggested, a child did it. Yeah. Sounds totally legit. A kid peeled off the sticker of another game box without the sticker getting frayed or ripped and happened to place it perfectly on the box of the game I wanted. I think the better theory is that your incompetent and rude staff weren't paying attention, made a mistake, and now you're refusing to own up to it. You're a cheap company, and I hope you go out of business.

I prefer not to go to social media for problems with purchases, but I have run out of options. I purchased an Xbox from mall stone road store in Guelph. I made the mistake of thinking it was a ship to home as I live 2 hrs away. After I made the purchase I realized it was not. YesIYes, myemy mistake. I emailed customer service asking to reverse/refund my order. They told me to reach out to the store. So I did. The lady was very nice to deal with but said she's never had to deal with a refund online. She said she emailed head office and It should be refunded soon. It was not so I called back. She said to call their head office. I called their head office and a machine tells me they are not open(I'm assuming due to covid) and to email. Ok no problem I understand. I emailed. No reply. Emailed again a few days later to ask if anyone's looked at the email, still nothing. I originally placed the order July 18th, it is now Sep 6th and still have not received my refund. I've always bought from eb games. Not anymore.
