Brought in my mercedes to have some work done in the shop. It was a very pleasant experience! The service advisors are great, very friendly and communicate throughout. The team is clearly led by proper management. The work was completed efficiently and prices were very reasonable. It is hard to trust mechanics these days, but i would highly recommend Canadian Tire for any of automotive needs! I'll be back for more work in the future!

I purchased a 40 Mastercraft toolbox at this location probably 10 years ago. Like many Mastercraft branded items, it is advertised as carrying a \Lifetime Warranty\, as per the photo below. Recently I noticed that the toolbox had a 1-inch diameter hole on the bottom, so I contacted Canadian Tire, who directed me to a call centre which is managed by a third party. They did not answer the phone, and did not allow for voice messaging. So I contacted Canadian Tire Customer Service, who after an exchange of emails, declined my request because I did not have the original receipt. Why they didn't tell me in the very first email that I was out of luck without a receipt is beyond me. Instead, they asked me for the product number (which I gave them) and a receipt, IF I STILL HAD IT. Suffice it to say, this so-called \LIFETIME WARRANTY\ is a simple marketing gimmick,, not worth any item it is printed on. Don't be fooled!!
Disappointed in the customer service. I placed an order for curbside pick up and the man there was extremely polite, he told me if the skates do not fit make sure to come back with the receipt to return them. I called the next day after trying them on (too small) and spoke to a lady on the phone who was very rude and unhelpful. She told me no I can’t exchange or return them, even after I was told I could. I would never have bought the product had that been stated either on the website OR when I picked them up. I can’t afford to be out 100 during a pandemic for a product I can’t use and its unfair to customers to expect them to pay for products like this and then keep the money.
Got a leaky tire repair. Got me in quick, great service, and was amazed at the cost. Great job.
strongly not recommend this store. fake warranty . sells you broken stuff. exchange it for open box and denied that its an open box .
