I am giving this a 3 star only because the girl that works behind the counter most of the time is very unfriendly, unpleasant and not helpful at all. I'm not sure if she knows how to smile or even just be cordial. Honestly it seems that she hates her job or maybe she just hates people. Either way...wrong line of work for her.

Between the debit machines breaking down, the printer's jamming and the entire system always freezing up it is a mess at this post office a lot of the time. This is a very busy outlet and it is a shame having it operate like this. I don't blame the staff, it would fall on the hands of Canada Post and Shoppers management to get equipment in there that will work !! What they have is out dated and antiquated. This has been ongoing for a long time. Not to mention that this location is very NON Covid friendly. They have you line up in the aisle where the merchandise is located and people shopping are going in and out of the post office line up. So you are constantly trying to get out of the way. I am sure this does not meet Covid protocol.

Canada Post, Xpresspost was delivering an item I ordered , as many times before, I was at my mind's peace that if I am not at home during time Canada Post's worker is in my building, he/she will leave me a note, poste restante, that my package is to be picked at this post's location, as always, alas.... only to good luck!..., Grace of God, and decency of people walking by my apt's doors, own I \privilege\ (...) of item getting into my hands, cost of which was around 100.00, post's service paid extra), after it stayed on the corridor of apartment's building for around 36 hours... Thank You Canada Post's! front line worker's for your genuinely caring attitude while doing your job!!!.....

The 2nd time I've come here to drop off a prepaid package and the same teller said it's a no go because it's a commercial account and it's not accepting it. The last time this happened I spent over an hour on the phone with Canada Post for them to finally admit that the teller doesn't know how to accept the package and do her job properly. I relayed this information to the same teller today when I ran in to the exact the same problem, she flat out refused to call in for support. Canada Post please give this employee some training on how to accept a prepaid package. Also she refused to give me a confirmation slip that I had dropped off the package, which I always get on domestic shipments. Unbelievable.

Canada Post constantly delivers my mail incorrectly. Ive even had packages delivered to me from house owners several houses down my street, or they leave it on the front porch of our upstairs neighbours. They call that a safe drop, yet its the incorrect address, and its out in front, highly visible to the public! Yeah, really safe. _ We recently needed to change our community box lock and get replacement keys for it as well. I put in a ticket to get the process completed and it said it would take up to 3 business days. It had been at least five business days so I went to this office to see if they knew what was up or if the keys were in - the bloody ticket apparently didn't even exist in their system?? So I had to call their customer care center to get it sorted out and a locksmith for them arrives at my door the next day with a pick-up card stating it would be available first thing in the morning. I went at around 11:30 and the information from the pick-up card isn't even in their system! :@ They tell me to call or go to the distribution center and after I do, they have the package RIGHT THERE! Right in the guys' hand! Apparently they forgot to put it on the morning shipment, and they cant let me pay for it there, and they wont let me pay for it at this mail office, bring the receipt to the distribution center to verify proof of payment, and let me get my keys!! AAaaaagggghhhhhh Canada Post keeps giving me the run around on this and delaying it, I just want to get my freakin mail! \u003e:(

I pay for guaranteed express post delivery and it sits on the truck all day before being rescheduled by the driver. 8am to 6 pm on the truck. Still not received 3 days later and Canada post will not take phone enquiries. So much for the guaranteed service. I’ll be seeking a refund and using only Purolator.
