Great store with excellent service. I have purchased silk art supplies here for over three decades.
Fantastic store with excellent customer service. I have limited experience with fabric dying, and the project I'm doing requires an ombre dye. The gentleman that helped me was very patient with all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this store without hesitation. EDIT: I finally had the time to actually dye my project and it worked perfectly! The instructions I was given were great, and both the dye and fixative worked even better than I hoped. I will never use Rit dyes again!
I generally order online as I live 5 hours north of the store. The service is amazing - everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I do prefer going into the store directly because it's such a joy to shop there but their online service is peerless, as well.
If you're looking for professional dyeing supplies, this is a great store. Staff are knowledgable and willing to put up with my strange questions about overdyeing different fibres! I have bought wool and cotton dyes here and they are top quality. They also have fabric for dyeing, paints and screen printing supplies.

You don’t get that type of customer service anymore, the kind where the merchant understands you work hard for your money and tries to find options that suits your needs, very personable! They have everything I could need! Staff is a little standoffish, BUT always knowledgeable AND helpful. I go here frequently. Highly recommended. Fyi they don't themselves do dyeing for customers. Just sell the products!
