I was unaware of a recall for the airbag issue in my two Sierras. The dealer called me to inform me and we ordered the parts. A week later the parts were in stock and they called me again to book. Both trucks , 3.5 hours combined, met me in the parking.lot to avoid Covid protocols, keys and paperwork in hand. Seamless and efficient. Two thumbs up.!
