I had to return a baby monitor that is half-functioning but I didn’t want to go completely without one while waiting for my new one to come in. She made a complicated situation SEAMLESS for me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting exactly what I needed. First time visit looking for some things for my wife's birthday. I was impressed by the selection they had and the staff member (wish I had got her name) was extremely helpful. That is how you make a first impression.

Massage parlors might be closed but with Bed Bath & Beyond and a little imagination, you can still get the job done. You will need a massage chair attachment (with the heat option for obvious reasons), a rolled up towel, rubber glove and moisturizer. MacGyver that together like Frankenstein's monster and make sure the door is locked. What are you waiting for? Go!

This bed and beyond is perfect if your looking for a wedding registry. It was so much fun for me and my wife. We got to just run around the store with price guns adding stuff. It was awesome.

The staff are helpful, good selections for household items and it is less busy than most stores selling similar items. You might pay a little more for items but if you prefer a quieter atmosphere for shopping this is a good store.

I ordered some curtains online at a really good deal but one of them has a hole which is pretty visible. I was going to return it online when I saw an option of taking it to the nearest store instead. So I took it to Bed Bath & Beyond in Grande Prairie for a replacement but since it's saying out of stock when they're going online on their side, they gave me a refund instead and told me to comeback when it's available online so they could take care of the shipping fee as I couldn't get the free delivery anymore as I'm just buying one curtain replacement. When I checked their website, it's saying that the curtain is available, but now it's not on a sale price. I went back to the store to ask on how the price difference could be fixed as I'm not worried about the shipping fee anymore as we decided to order some sheer curtains, that way our order will qualify for free shipping. Here comes the issue, the Store Manager definitely needs some customer service training! From the very first day that I went to the store, she has this agitating tone on her voice. Giving me a hard time for the two consecutive days that I was at the store. Telling me words that a usual manager will say but in short, if I will want a replacement, I will have to buy it at a regular price. The staff were actually way easier and nicer to deal with. Maybe she should learn from them. I didn't get a replacement although I did get a refund that I didn't want. So basically I will buy the curtain at a regular price which I should have done in the first place instead of dealing with that store manager who really knows how to ruin their customers' day.
