The dealership isn't the best, especially considering the fact it's a Mercedes Benz dealer and not an economy car dealer, and you will definitely get that impression. Other dealerships are far better in their customer satisfaction, even after buying the car and dont make you feel like you're of no use to them since the sale has been made. I'd recommend you check out any other mercedes dealer before you decide to buy anything here
