Had the misfortune of having him do my low voltage wiring based on a referral and that was the biggest mistake. Self proclaimed professionals and Amir the owner is just looking to see how he can make the best margins each step of the way. Look elsewhere for security and home entertainment for your own sake,
I cancelled my account but was billed anyway. After trying to have charges reimbursed, Amir took no accountability and told me "there was nothing he could do", even though DEW systems is on the invoice and is his company, which makes no sense. Have had to get Visa involved.
Amir and his crew did a fantastic job in our place. We recently built a home from grounds up. I highly recommend him. Being a tech-ie, I decided to let loose a bit and get a control4 system. Alas I learned about it and decided a bit late, after the dry walls were done, so they had to work with some limitations. Given the constraints, the final setup, which has been working well for the past two months or so is fantastic. Amir is knowledgeable and willing to give new setups a try. We tried using doorbird with control4, and he gave me a heads up that he hasn't done that setup before, but his team made it work. The invoice was also very clear and detailed ans it was transparent about equipment cost vs labor and was reasonable. Another item that impressed me was that he foresaw some of the needs and planned for it ahead when doing the initial wiring.
