We purchased a hot tub from Halton Pool Guys. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience positive. They delivered, installed and gave us a great hot tub orientation. We highly recommend this company for all your hot tub needs!

By far, one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through! I’m not one to write a review but I feel a moral obligation to warn others of the negative experience I continue to have. Had my pool installed 4 years ago and the bitter taste they left in my mouth continues season after season. From lack of professionalism, to being called a liar when an error was made and they didn’t take ownership of it on installation to continued problems with after sales - motor broke only 2 seasons in and now dealing with a heater leak and multiple liner leaks due to shotty cement pouring and finishing. And let’s not forget their claim that nothing is covered under warranty. Please take caution and do not use this company.

Unfortunately, I am a neighbour of one of your customers in south Georgetown. Had to have both my family's vehicles cleaned after your employees left concrete dust everywhere. My new (1.5 months old) asphalt driveway was/is also coated in your leftovers. Additionally, your employees unnecessarily blocked/partially blocked private driveways while working. Would be great not to see you in the neighborhood again.
