Do not buy a bike here he is a total ripoff artist. He claims on his website to be able to teach ebike technician courses however he's on incapable of actually fixing an e-bike properly and has no ebike certification and certainly no ebike technician certification to actually train anybody he's just stealing people's money. don't be fooled by the song and dance to buy an ebike when you go in there as you'll never be able to get a hold of him or it'll always have an excuse that he can't get the part or can't fix it or some other lie buyer beware do not buy a bike here I know several people that have and it's a total ripoff find another store whatever you do

Bought a bike here last summer. Ordered a purple one and they said it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. The wrong bike came in purple so I waited another 2 weeks. Next shipment comes in still no purple so I just bought a black one. Unfortunately I broke the fork but the shop said they could order me a new one it would take 2 weeks -a month. I have been waiting for over a year and every month the owner Joey says it will be here next month. 12 months later and still no piece and now the owner is not opening my messages or answering anymore. As long as you never need to go back for service or repair not a bad place to buy an ebike. They kept blaming the supplier saying they didnt have the piece or forgot to send it but when I called their supplier they sent it out the same day .The manufacturer said they always have problems with this Gauthiers green power ebikes and refused to send the piece there for me. They sent me the piece, the same day, to the ebike store in hawksbury (free delivery and install) because I waited so long for Cornwalls store.
