Usually I get really frustrated at the SAAQ, they never pick up the phone haha. BUT every single time my boyfriend or I physically go to the SAAQ in Aylmer we happened to get super lucky to be served by a pretty lady named Chantal Pleau. She does her job so well! She's super helpful and fast at her job and she's bilingual. Since I didn't speak any French she spoke English to me no problem and was happy to do so. Everything about her customer service skills are amazing and I have not one thing to complain about. Thank you very much Chantal Pleau.

They are awesome . It's a privately run govt place so sure there's bureaucracy . So of course there are typical bureaucracy issues . But they handle it all with class and professionalism .
